Responsibilities:

• 4-7 years of experience working across Target setting, QRF, Quota setting and Quota management o Worked across Territory planning such as deciding on regions o Worked across Compensation planning and deciding the right compensation across Sales team members o Worked on Excel extensively with knowledge about excel functions o Should know how to use PBI o Excellent communication

Mandatory skill sets:

• 4-7 years of experience working across Target setting, QRF, Quota setting and Quota management o Worked across Territory planning such as deciding on regions o Worked across Compensation planning and deciding the right compensation across Sales team members oWorked on Excel extensively with knowledge about excel functions o Should know how to use PBI o Excellent communication

Preferred skill sets (Good to Have):

• Good to have Power BI and SQL
