Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Executing client facing role for Govt. entities/PSUs, utility clients Business process understanding of distribution and generation utilities and usage of technologies in the sector Tracking national and state level policies and regulations in power sector Understanding of recent and ongoing schemes in power sector (national and state level) Support in drafting of policies/ guidelines/ frameworks in power sector Understanding of commercial and regulatory aspects of power generation and distribution utilities Financial analysis of various business ventures in the power sector Technical and commercial due diligence Handholding client in new technical areas related to green energy/ energy transition Support in business development

Mandatory skill sets:

Sound understanding in power sector policy/ guidelines and commercial/ financial aspects of the sector Proficiency in report writing and preparation of presentation

Preferred skill sets

: Prior experience in management consulting Experience of handling government clients/ utilities in a client facing role


Past experience in working assignments related to power distribution/ RE technologies/ energy storage/ e-mobility etc

Years of experience required

: 4- 6 years

Education qualification

: BE/ B. Tech./ M. Tech/ MBA/ CA or equivalent
