Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications to support business enhancements and address technical debt, including defect fixing and extensive code refactoring. Execute data migration projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms. Leverage advanced analytics to uncover enterprise insights and drive business results. Integrate organizational technology capabilities such as business intelligence, data management, and data assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business strategies and maintain competitiveness amidst evolving customer needs and technological advancements. Ensure data-driven decision-making processes are effective and contribute to the organization's growth and innovation.
