& Summary: PwC India is hiring for its Finance Transformation practice within One Consulting across multiple locations in India, including Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in finance transformation. As part of this high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of engagements alongside local and global teams across industry verticals. You will either lead or be part of large transformation programs and drive business impact.
Responsibilities:
The Consultant (Cloud Finance) will be responsible for driving the implementation of tools and technology for Record-to-Report (R2R). This person will be responsible for collaborating with clients and vendors to ensure the smooth implementation and handover of accounting and reporting tools. Strong understanding of key finance processes i.e., R2R Strong knowledge of accounting standards, guidelines, and policies, such as IFRS, Ind AS, and US GAAP Knowledge of related-party transactions and key ratios/KPIs in finance An understanding of digital tools used across finance--core ERP systems, financial consolidation tools, and data analytics - is an added advantage A keen interest in tool deployment, providing hypercare, and building high-level architectural workflows Ability to conduct demos and workshops with stakeholders Experience with tools such as FinAlyzer, Workiva, BlackLine, SAP BPC, and Oracle FCC is a plusSeek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms.
