Responsibilities:
Data Governance Key Responsibilities o Partnering with clients to understand their Data Governance challenges and needs. Defining current and future states for the Data Governance vision. o Architect and implement enterprise-wide data governance solutions. Develop architectural blueprints, standards, and roadmaps for enterprise data governance. o Develop workarounds for tool limitations. Recommend and implement APIs, connectors, and scripts to seamlessly integrate disparate data governance tools. o Engage with business leaders, data stewards, and IT teams to translate governance policies into technical implementations. Work closely with data privacy, compliance, and security teams. Required Skills & Qualifications o 5+ years of experience in data governance, data architecture, data cataloging, data lineage, data quality and master data management. o Hands-on expertise in Collibra/ Informatica EDC/Axon/CDGC/ Atlan/ Alation/ DataHub and other data governance tools. o Experienced in leading blueprinting, design workshops, and requirements gathering activities. o Experience in API-based integrations, automation workflows, and cloud-based governance implementations (Azure preferred). o Hands-on experience with Data Quality, Data Pipelines, Data Orchestration, or Job Control tools. o Knowledge of SQL, Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages for automation. o Exposure to AI/ML-
driven data governance and automated metadata discovery o Familiarity with data privacy regulations and industry compliance standards. o Certifications in Collibra (Ranger), Informatica EDC/ Axon/ CDGC or Data Governance tools o CDMC, DCAM, TOGAF, CDMP Certified
Mandatory skill sets:
