*Responsibilities: o Use commercial knowledge for prompt accuracy to enhance AI accuracy o Contract review and administration
*Mandatory skill sets o Experience in Legal contract review - commercial obligation and fulfilment management o Experience in Contract and Legal AI solutions is an added advantage o
*Preferred skill sets o Experience in Commercial Assurance.
*Years of experience required o Minimum 3-4 Years of Legal and Commercial Contract review o Experience in Legal Tech and AI
*Education Qualification o CA or MBA in Finance
