& Summary - Senior Associate - Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Role : Senior Associate Exp : 3-6 Years Location: Bangalore : Must have / Primary Skills / Mandatory o 3-6 Years of experience within the Banking / Captives industry o End-to-End understanding of Banking functions & processes o Good Understanding of Customer Lifecycle in Banking o Exposure to building and maintaining EDW, Data Models for Banks/NBFC for minimum one project o Experience in writing BRDs / FRDs, conducting UAT o Understanding of Data Architecture and EDW for Banks o Exposure to SDLC / Agile Good to have / Secondary Skills / Desired o Understanding of Technology stack that supports banking operations o Experience in Test Case/Scenario creation for QA and UAT o Experience with SQL & relational databases knowledge (Oracle database, PL-SQL) o CFA certification (L1, L2, L3) good to have o Project Management Experience o Strong team building, partnership and collaboration skills o Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
