Responsibilities:
Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories. Prioritize features and enhancements based on value, effort, and strategic fit. Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are central to product decisions. Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear guidance to development teams. knowledge of JIRA/Azure DevOps,Confluence/Slack/any other collaboration tools
Mandatory skill sets:
1. 6-12 years of experience in product management or business analysis, with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner. 2. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. 3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. 4. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. 5. Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus. 6.
Preferred skill sets: 1. Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
