In some cases, the companies may also go in for private funding, but the preparation is the same. The candidate will also be part of the project management team to work on behalf of the client in managing the IPO timetable. Besides managing the investor relations post IPO and helping the company maximizing its market cap will be an important milestone of the role. Team management experience even if it is a small team would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
To deep dive on each of the financial statements & processes of the a company and identify gaps from policies, SOP's etc. closing time table, adequacy of controls, ERP etc. u To check on the information system preparedness across the company u To check on the ERP being used across functions in the Organization and check its adequacy. u To work on the compliance checklist of the client and check for adequacy of compliance. u To go through the risk profile of the Company from a ERM perspective. u To work with the ESG team on a ESG strategy. u To look for opportunities in operations improvement, revenue acceleration, and cost optimization. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: u To work as a conduit between client team and IPO consultants and ensure we stick to the time table. u To vet the data given by the client before the same is passed on to the consultants. u To be the point of solution for all consultant needs from the client in a IPO War room. INVESTOR RELATIONS: u To work with client on their quarterly presentations to Board/investors.
u To help set up the quarterly analyst call and post analyst call transcripts u To work with the client to improve sell side coverage. u To line up buy side investors for the client and engage in continuous discussion with existing investors. u To work on perception study about the client with market participants. u To work on peer benchmarking analysis and reports.
