Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. Our safety standards are a benchmark across RO-IN, which has won us several awards & accolades by Govt. of Rajasthan. We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

The purpose of this position is to supervise and drive excellence in production planning and control to ensure timely production fulfillment to meet customer demands.
Logistics Planning: Define production plan for the manufacturing team to fulfil customer demands in a timely manner, review and improve levelling plan, deviation management for production and delivery fulfilment Contribute for Inventory control in the supply chain
Relationship Management: Liaison as a single point of contact for other IPN, LKAMs and STP for escalations on deliveries and lead plant activities pertaining to role.
Compliance Management: Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) central directives and external laws namely foreign trade customs and taxation laws.
Digitization: Plan and implement end-to-end digital and connected value chain to optimize material and information flow with structured methodology and analysis to ensure enhancement of effectiveness digitization.
People Management: Determine the logistics competency requirements for the basis current and future trends and direct employee capability development accordingly
Qualifications
Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in engineering
• Masters in business administration (Supply chain)
• 10 - 15 years of work experience in Supply Chain

Knowledge:

• Competent knowledge in production planning process and lean concepts.
• Proficient knowledge of Inventory management
• Proficient in SAP for material management and production planning modules

Functional Skills:

• Proficiently in leveling process and tools
• Competent knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts
• Competent in communication skills

Additional Information
The purpose of this position is to provide a production plan to manufacturing and procurement team to ensure timely production fulfillment.
