Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
1. Quality KPI'S: Implementation of necessary actions to meet the defined Quality KPI's
2. Problem Solving: Identify and report any quality issues, defects, or deviations from standards to
the Cross Function team. Drive Problem solving culture for root cause analysis, defining &
implementation of corrective actions, with a focus on continuous improvement.
3. Rejection Analysis: Daily rejection analysis in Shopfloor. Follow-up for action closures to
reduce the In-house rejection level. Tools: PSS/8D. Collaborate with the production and process
team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
4. Documentation/Audits: Responsible for compliance to customer audits, external & internal
audits, process & system audits, CAU / AUD audits, TS, Quality & HSE audits, maintaining
relevant documentation for audit, OPL closure on time. Ensure No NC's in Internal or Customer
audit.
5. Customer Focus: Maintain a strong customer focused approach by addressing 0km complaints
promptly and effectively, identifying root causes and implementing corrective action. Tool: 8D
6. Gauge Calibration: Ensure the adherence to defined Gauge calibration planning, data
recording in SAP as per Bosch standard.
7. Machine Capability Assessment: Evaluate the capability of production machines to
consistently manufacture components within specified tolerances and make recommendations
for adjustments as needed (As per Lead plant guideline)
8. Operator Skill Matrix: Ensure adequate training to all QC Inspectors regarding their working
product & processes through Sampling Inspection as per control plan frequency. Conduct their
on-the-job training and development programs.
9. Change Management: Ensure adherence to shift level 4M changes with investigating and
promptly addressing in case of any deviation found.
