Key Responsibilities / Role Description
As an Architect you will align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology, SAP best practices, business changes to achieve defined business goals. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our Clients / Team to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Highly articulate, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business and teams, both internally and externally.

• Strong business process knowledge in planning and accounting operations.
• Strong Knowledge of SAC and / or BPC Business Planning with Implementation and Rollout experience. Preferable to have played Global role handling planning topics with ownership and integration aspects with IBP.
• Well versed with S/4 HANA architecture and have hands-on experience in integrating with SAC for Planning solutions implementations.
• Implementation experience on Revenue planning, Cost planning CAPEX, Manpower, P&L and Balance sheet Planning. Well versed with integrated planning scenarios.
• Strong functional knowledge on Finance process like Planning, Budget and Forecast
• Maintain high degree of knowledge and Experience in SAP BPC 10.0 Standard, SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded and SAP BPC 11.X (SAP BW on HANA) & Differentiation between the versions
• Experience on High level design, Business Blue print, functional and Technical specification documentation.
• Expert experience on extraction and retraction process within SAP system
• Basic knowledge on SAP BPC Add-on like EPM, Analysis for office etc.,
• Basic knowledge on SAP BW ( To guide the Technical consultant)
• Strong integration knowledge on SAP Finance & Controlling.
• Well experienced in handling / building Bidding & Proposals, customer demos, sale collaterals and go-to-market strategies.
• Involvement in POCs, building new competencies, reusability quotient, content reviews etc.

General Requirements:

• Work experience in handling accounting / costing / planning functions for manufacturing companies is preferable.
• Experienced in leading customer workshops, requirement elicitation and business blueprinting
• Good Knowledge in Cutover strategy, Testing and Migration are mandatory.
• Very good Communication (verbal & written), Presentation skills and proper e-mail etiquette. Should be willing to work as per project shift timings.
• Skills on mentoring, training, knowledge sharing aspects as part of associate / team engagement.
• Been part of business analytics and / or process automation projects. Involved in one Finance Transformation engagement.

Experience Þ Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as SAP BPC Business Planning / SAP Analytics Cloud consultant and minimum 4 years of domain experience in Financial Accounting, MIS & Budgeting and Internal Reporting. Þ Minimum two end to end implementation in SAP BPC-BP, 2 roll-out projects and 2 support project experience in BPC / SAC with team handling skills and experience in leading business blueprint workshops and solutioning. Þ Has working knowledge of S/4HANA Financials functionalities and architecture Þ Should have worked in complex business implementation with overall 2 end to end Implementations, Global Template Rollouts and Transformation & Upgrade projects. Þ Project experience outside India. Effectively collaborate with onshore / offshore team for delivering solutions.

Qualifications
Qualifications: Þ Candidate should be a Qualified Chattered Accountant (CA) or Management Accountant (CWA/CIMA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA – Finance) Þ Certification in SAP FI/CO and / or S/4HANA Financials (or) SAP BPC, Certification in SAP SAC is must. Þ Certification in New Age Technologies like Analytics, AI/ML, Automation (preferred)
