involving real-time inspection and quality monitoring during production.
Candidates from pharmaceutical / clean-room industries should not apply.
This role requires hands-on experience in metal manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
In-process inspection during HPDC, trimming, buffing, machining, and finishing
Continuous quality monitoring on the shop floor
Dimensional inspection of die-cast and machined parts (OD, ID, drilling, tapping)
Use of measuring instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.
Identification and reporting of defects and non-conformances
Coordination with production teams for immediate corrective actions
Maintenance of in-process inspection and quality records
Support initiatives to reduce rejection and rework
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in
Aluminium Die Casting / Machining industry
Practical knowledge of HPDC, CNC machines, SPMs, trimming, buffing, and finishing
Strong understanding of in-process quality control
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Pharma, FMCG, or laboratory-based inspection profiles are not suitable.
Qualification
ITI/Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing
