Conduct routine in-process checks (sampling, physical/chemical tests like pH, moisture, weight, etc.) on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Monitor production operations and analyze test data to identify trends, non-conformances, and areas needing immediate adjustment or corrective action.
Maintain accurate records of all QC activities, test results, deviations, and prepare quality reports for management.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and QA teams to resolve quality issues, implement CAPAs (Corrective & Preventive Actions), and address customer complaints.
Participate in developing, refining, and implementing quality control procedures, standards, and participate in root cause analysis.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
