Prepare and implement
CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
to eliminate recurring issues.
Analyze defects, trends, and process deviations; recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve
process efficiency and quality levels
.
Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality systems, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical or relevant discipline preferred).
Experience in
In-Process Quality / Manufacturing Quality
.
Strong knowledge of
5 Why, CAPA, 8D, and Red Bin Analysis
.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
