Key Responsibilities:
Creation and launch of high value product innovation across categories.
Collaborate with the Product Development and Buyers to manage the entire lifecycle of new products.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new products, category expansion
and enhancement.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure product alignment
with market demand and strategy.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
Stay current with lifestyle trends and bestsellers to anticipate consumer needs and product opportunities.
Track product performance and manage inventory, offering insights for future product iterations.
Assist in the development of content, story and presentation plans for product launches.

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within retail, merchandising, or product development.
Familiarity with Design Thinking, TRIZ, or Systematic Inventive Thinking.
Experience with supply chain management and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with retail merchandising tools and software
