As part of this team, the Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for the design, and architecture of solutions on the Salesforce/ACRE and the new Salesforce CG Cloud Platform for Global or Regional-wide commercial transformation initiatives. The Salesforce Architect is responsible for enabling a customer-centric digital and technology strategy where products and platforms are efficient, scalable, and secure and are balanced with valuable regional localizations on top of an enterprise-wide data fabric that serves as the foundation for differentiated data capabilities. This role involves influencing the business on SFA best practices that can potentially increase adoption, leading a development team, and making sure user stories are translated into technical solutions. This role is viewed as an expert in Salesforce/ACRE mobility solutions and complex analytical environments, encompassing both business process understanding and technical expertise. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce SaaS platform for Consumer Goods customers, expected to deliver technical leadership and can mentor others in the organization. Scope/Categories:
The role will report to the Sr. Global In-Market Execution Manager in the Digital Sales organization. The role will not have any direct reports. Key Interfaces: Enterprise Solution Architects, Solution Engineers, Functional Engineers, Business Customers, Business Workstream Leaders, Data & Analytics team, and Project Managers. External Interfaces: Consultants, 3rd Party Implementation Partners. Travel may include approximately 15% of work time.
Key Accountabilities:

• Be the Lead Solution Architect for the Regional Salesforce/ACRE (Accenture Cloud Retail Execution Solution) implementation and the key Sr. Architect for the migration to Salesforce CG Cloud.
• Help with the validation, tuning, and improvement of the current Salesforce/ACRE solution, guiding on Best Practices, and defining the governance processes to drive standardization across the region.
• Leads the DevOps and sandbox strategy for the Salesforce implementations, ensuring they follow KC\xe2\x80\x99s internal control requirements and can support KC\'s ongoing demands.
• Ability to work across multiple technical and analytical areas with a wide range of technologies such as Azure Cloud, Snowflake, SAP HANA, Mulesoft APIs, Copado DevOps, and OKTA, among others. Salesforce/ACRE background is mandatory, Salesforce CG Cloud is a plus.
• Ensures that the Salesforce design aligns with business goals and processes, uses and provides enterprise information consistently, integrates effectively with other applications, and supports a common application environment.
• Ensures that the current Salesforce implementation follows audit requirements.
• Acts as a source of direction, training, and guidance for other team members on Salesforce-related matters.
• Collaborates with other Solution Architects and Engineers to make sure that solutions fit within the enterprise context and aims for standardization of solutions across K-C\xe2\x80\x99s application landscape.
• Coordinates engagements with vendors as they relate to the evaluation, design, and delivery of business capabilities. Contributes to the evaluation and selection of software product standards.
• Participate in industry representation, policy formation, User Groups, and strategic direction.
