Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture Define and document end-to-end system architectures, integration patterns, and technical standards. Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions. Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise strategy, security, and compliance guidelines. Technology Leadership Provide technical guidance to engineering and development teams. Conduct code and design reviews to ensure adherence to architecture and best practices. Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends; recommend adoption where beneficial.
Mandatory skill sets:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Engineer. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). Hands-on experience in one or more tech stacks (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, etc.). Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Solid knowledge of databases, API design, microservices, and integration patterns. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred skill sets:
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability. Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Team player with mentoring capabilities
