Job description
We are seeking an experienced ABAP Manager with strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP development and proven experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to drive successful SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers across multiple SAP modules.
Oversee end-to-end technical development in SAP implementation and support projects.
Design, develop, and optimize custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP systems.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and post-go-live support.
Prefered Skill sets
Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits).
Expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation projects (minimum 2-3 full lifecycle implementations).
Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, or others.
Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori integration.
Mandatory Skill sets:
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

7-11 Years
Education Qualifications
Exposure to S/4HANA and modern SAP technologies.
Experience in Agile/DevOps methodologies.
Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
