The Research and Insights Hub (RIH) was conceived in 2022 as a central element of the New Equation and has demand generation as its key objective. It aims to facilitate this by providing deep, immersive research on companies and sectors to PwC's account teams. RIH's work enables elevated conversations between PwC's account teams and PwC's clients, leading to new collaboration opportunities for PwC.
RIH delivers impact by gaining deep understanding of sectoral trends along with strategic actions of individual companies. This deep knowledge is also transformed into thought leadership which has the potential to positively influence the various stakeholders.
