We are currently seeking experienced Agile Coach ( FS domain) and Project Managers for their agile transformation journey. Ideally, the candidate should hold the ICP-ACC certification and possess a strong background in coaching agile teams, facilitating agile practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking experienced Agile Coach ( FS domain) and Project Managers for their agile transformation journey. Ideally, the candidate should hold the ICP-ACC certification and possess a strong background in coaching agile teams, facilitating agile practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Requirements:


ICP-ACC (ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching) Proven experience in agile coaching across multiple teams or departments Strong facilitation, mentoring, and training skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Open Position - 3 positions


Experience - 8+ Years (Very few job hops)


Location - Bangalore


3 days / week work from client office

What you bring:


Coaching & Mentoring: Guide teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders in Agile/Scrum practices and values, fostering an agile mindset. Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning) and workshops. Transformation & Change: Drive organizational Agile adoption, creating roadmaps, and supporting leadership in strategic change. Improvement: Identify & remove impediments, champion metrics, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Training: Conduct training on specific frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and emerging practices. Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, management, and other teams to align Agile efforts with business goals. Maturity Assessment: Assess team/organization maturity and guide them to higher levels of agility.

Mandatory Skill Sets
