Position Summary: The Gen AI Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and enhancing Gen AI academic programs within the PwC Academy. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in higher education operations, curriculum design, faculty engagement, and EdTech integration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure academic excellence, learner success, and institutional growth 1.
Responsibilities:
1. Academic Program Design & Development:
o Lead the design, review, and enhancement of UG, PG, and executive education programs across emerging domains (FinTech, AI, Data Science, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, etc.)
o Align curricula with industry trends, employability requirements, and accreditation frameworks
o Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to develop innovative, outcome-based learning modules
2. Program Delivery & Operations:
o Coordinate end-to-end program execution, including faculty onboarding, content readiness, and learner engagement
o Monitor academic delivery standards, learning outcomes, and student satisfaction metrics
o Ensure adherence to institutional quality benchmarks and compliance with academic regulations
3. Faculty & Partner Engagement:
o Identify, onboard, and manage faculty, trainers, and academic partners 1.
o Organize faculty development programs and workshops to build teaching and mentoring capability
o Facilitate collaboration between academia and industry to foster experiential learning and applied projects
4. EdTech Integration & Learning Innovation:
o Champion the integration of technology-enabled learning tools and LMS platforms
o Evaluate digital learning products and recommend technology adoption to enhance learner experience
o Drive innovation in pedagogy and learning design through data analytics and learner feedback insights
5. Quality, Research & Reporting:
o Maintain academic documentation, dashboards, and MIS reports for performance tracking
o Support accreditation, audit, and quality assurance processes
o Conduct research on emerging education trends, contributing to whitepapers or academic insights
Qualifications & Experience:
B.E/BTech/MBA
5-15 years of relevant experience in academic program management, curriculum design, or education operations
Ability to conduct training programs and masterclasses
Experience in higher education institutions, EdTech, or corporate learning environments
Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage projects from concept to execution
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of academic operations, curriculum frameworks, and NEP guidelines
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and use of analytics for academic insights 1.
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation in education
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in emerging technologies in education (AI, Data Science, FinTech)
Exposure to industry-academia collaboration initiatives or executive education
Research publications or participation in educational forums will be an added advantage.
