Responsibilities:



Execute go-to-market strategy selling finance transformation services to GCCs in India Drive sales and revenue mining targets for the assigned GCC's. Delivery oversight of new engagements to ensure further mining of these accounts is smooth Help build a strong network of GCC C-suite (and next level) client relationships. Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, within GCCs Represent our India GCC business internally and externally through information share, client visits, presentations, participation in RFI/ RFP responses, pricing discussions Strong understanding of GCC models and business dynamics, especially brownfield GCC operations in India


Mandatory skill sets:



Exposure to solution selling across transformation services, digital solutions within GCCs. Strong expertise and exposure in Sales and delivery of finance transformation services to GCCs A track record of successfully engaging with decision-makers at GCCs Self-driven and entrepreneurial Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders The ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment while managing multiple accounts Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Capability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Strong analytical skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills Well versed in business and account planning to achieve topline and bottom line KPIs


Preferred skill sets:



Proven success in supporting consultative selling of solutions or transformation engagements in GCCs Ability to work across cultures and time zones Strong existing network within the GCC leadership community in India, especially in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai would be an added advantage

8+ years of work experience in sales/ market making roles for finance transformation competency 3+ years of experience selling to existing GCC customers


Education qualification:

BE, CA and/ or MBA (Finance)
