Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of data architecture and solutions o Oversee, develop and manage data transformation processes within Snowflake to ensure data integrity, quality, and performance. o Design and optimize Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) architectures to support business analytics and reporting needs. o Well versed with Salesforce & CPQ data and architecture. Understands financial bookings and revenue reports in Salesforce and DWH, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation practices. o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and data models. o Implement and maintain best practices for data management, data governance, and data security. o Implementation of BI tools, like Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, and others, to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities. o Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data architecture, data transformation, and BI tools.
Mandatory skill sets:

Experience and Qualifications 8 to 10 years
Education qualification:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. o A minimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field. o Proven expertise in Snowflake and data transformation processes within Snowflake. o Strong background in Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) architecture.

• Experience with Salesforce & CPQ data and architecture. o Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, and others. o In-depth understanding of financial bookings and revenue reports in Salesforce and DWH. o Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. o Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technical professionals. o Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
