& Summary: The incumbent of this role is a key face of the P&O practice in the market. The focus of the role is to establish PwC P&O as a partner of choice for clients though effective solutioning and high impact business delivery.
Responsibilities:

• Business Development - Support revenue generation by identifying mining opportunities in accounts where projects are being delivered / by supporting named key accounts. Supporting the sales process through proposal writing as well as managing the different steps of the sales cycle. On a need-to-basis, provide support in conducting diagnostic studies, scoping an engagement and developing robust solutions and propositions to address clients requirements o Business Delivery - Having end-to-end accountability of project delivery including being the primary point of contact of the client, planning / assigning / monitoring work of the team, ensuring compliance with the project quality / risk management / financial management standards, knowledge management, capability building, etc. In large multi-pronged projects, work as a part of a larger team (multi-competency or multi-geography) to deliver on project deliverables independently o Internal Practice Contribution - Supporting defined goals / projects for the practice e.g. developing a point of view, developing customized content for go-to-market, practice operations, marketing and branding, etc o Team Management - Ensure growth and development of the team through a combination of regular timely feedback and identification of avenues for learning.wledge management, capability building, etc. Thought Leadership - Partnering with the larger team to author/curate/contribute in developing the research base of the practice. Work with member firms globally to understand the PwC capability repertoire and look at how to position that in the Indian context more effectively. o Team Management - Leading a team of consultants / senior consultants in project contexts as well as a people manager. Providing feedback and helping them develop by balancing their aspirations with firm/practice expectations.

Years of experience required:

• 6 years of experience in consulting / corporate roles o Understanding of the HR lifecycle with deep experience in 1-2 areas, hands-on knowledge of HR Technology, strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint o Experience of proj. management across industry verticals or having worked with 2 industry verticals o Strong academic credentials and learning intelligence

Education qualification:
MBA from a top tier institute; Any certification on any of the above areas would be preferred
