& Summary A career within Workday Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.
*Responsibilities: o Lead Discovery session with client for each domain specific integration o Deliver requirements and design documents to developers o Ensures timelines and quality of integration is met o Engages with 3rd party vendors as required o Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals o Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives o Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary o Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience
*Mandatory skill sets o Good to have Certification in Workday Finance and other specialized modules
*Preferred skill sets o HCM : Configure and maintain Workday Finance modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management. o Proven experience with Workday Finance modules and functionality..
*Years of experience required

• Should have relevant experience of 3+ years as workday exp in any of the enterprise solutions in ERP / CRM and HRMS space o Should have more than overall 8+ years of experience of working in such large project implementation/support projects

*Education Qualification o BE/BTech /MBA o Desirable: workday certification
