& Summary:
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable value realization for GCC-based FS clients. Drive the setup and operationalization of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the FS domain, facilitating best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop tailored solutions and value propositions in areas including core banking modernization, payment platforms, treasury, regulatory compliance, banking & payments operations and emerging FS technologies. Have knowledge off and leverage new age technologies AI, GenAI, AgentiAI to enhance CoEs or optimize processes Build and expand strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business development opportunities aligned with our service capabilities. Manage strategic account plans, lead proposal development, and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders including C-suite executives. Conduct market analysis to stay updated on financial services trends, GCC market needs, and competitive landscapes to support solutioning and sales efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and knowledge sharing within the organization.

8-10 years of overall experience in the Financial Services domain, with significant exposure to GCC-based Global Capability Centers.
Years of experience required: 8 to 10
Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CBAP, CFA, PMP) preferred.
