1-3 yrs ink mixing experience
Knowledge of printing inks
Good color-matching skills
Responsibilities:
Perform shade matching using Pantone standards and customer samples.
Manage ink issuance for Flexo printing machines (as applicable).
Maintain ink room stock, logbooks, and material tracking in ERP.
Check ink quality on machine during job changeovers.
Follow hygiene, PPE, and safety rules inside the ink room.
Mix and prepare inks as per job requirements.
Match colors (Pantone) and maintain ink viscosity.
Issue ink to printing machines and monitor quality.
Maintain ink room inventory, records, and cleanliness.
Follow safety guidelines for ink and chemical handling
Good color-matching skills
