Key Responsibilities

Machine Set-Up & Process Optimization:

Installing and setting up molds, adjusting machine parameters (pressure, temperature, speed) for optimal production.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying, diagnosing, and correcting machine malfunctions and product defects (e.g., flash, short shots, warp).

Quality Control:

Inspecting plastic parts using calipers, micrometers, and blue prints to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintenance:

Performing routine preventive maintenance on machines, robots, and molds to minimize downtime.

Documentation:

Recording process parameters, production numbers, and maintenance activity.

Material Handling:

Handling and mixing raw materials.
