Opening Position:- Technician (Injection Moulding)

No. Of Position:- 1

Experience Required:- 3 - 5 years

Location:- Greater Noida, U.PEducation:- DPT, CIPET, Diploma

Key Skills:- Robot Programming, Mould Load & Unload, Machine Handling Process

Job description:-

1. Responsible for injection mould process

2. Responsible for load and unload mould process

3. Responsible for the improvement of production efficiency

4. Responsible for the training & assessment for operator

5. Timely inspection of relevant parameters of the injection molding process

6. Check and supervise the 7S at shop floor

7. Responsible for Troubleshooting, operation and maintenance of IMM

8. Responsible for Robot Programming, Machine learning

9. Reduce the breakdown cost reduction

Must have knowledge about:-

1. Experienced must have Electronic Industry

2. Well aware about Full Standard & Injection Moulding.

3. Should be Punctual Dedicated and Quick learner.

4. Good Communication Skills.
