Minimum 2+ years in Automobile Industry (Injection Molding)
Key Responsibilities:
Control production as per shift plan and sales demand
Resource and manpower planning (50+ operators)
Injection molding process knowledge & troubleshooting
Mold loading/unloading and process setup (Machine/Mold/Material/Robot)
New mold trials and reporting
Operator training on quality, safety, efficiency & 5S
Daily KPI monitoring (Production, Rejection, Rework, OEE)
ERP entries - Plan vs Actual, material & production clearance
SOP preparation for new parts, rework & packing
Ensure compliance to standards, audits & IATF requirements
Implementation of Kaizen, 5S & good manufacturing practices
Desired Skills:
Strong shop-floor control and leadership
Knowledge of IATF, hot runners, robots & all-electric machines
Computer literacy (Excel, Word, ERP, Emails)
Willingness to work in shift rotation
