Job Description

? Organize and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.

? Monitor production processes closely and take corrective measures to maintain product quality and efficiency.

? Develop a plan of action to address any abnormal or non-conforming issues and specify the necessary steps to be taken.

? Coordinate and assign tasks to operators, material handlers, and technicians.

? Provide training to the production team and maintain training records.

? Ensure compliance with work practices and safety protocols at all times.

? Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.

? Offer suggestions for improving machine parameters and operational instructions.

? Conduct daily departmental visits and inspect machine production quality control.

? Resolve worker issues related to production and technical matters and report them to the department head.

? Prioritize machine cleaning and mold cleaning after completing the shift.

? Before handing over the shift, thoroughly check all machines and ensure proper setup.

? Complete daily production and quality control reports.

? Perform daily machine-wise production and material weight counting before the end of the shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
