We are looking for a skilled

Injection Moulding Operator

to join our production team at our Avalahalli, KR Puram facility. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in operating injection moulding machines and ensuring efficient production with quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor

injection moulding machines

during the production process. Set up moulds, materials, and machine parameters as per product requirements. Ensure proper functioning of machinery and troubleshoot common machine issues. Perform routine inspections and quality checks on produced components. Maintain production logs, machine parameters, and daily reports. Ensure mould changes, machine cleaning, and maintenance are carried out efficiently. Follow safety standards, SOPs, and quality control procedures. Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately. Work closely with supervisors to maintain production targets and timelines.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum

1 to 5 years of experience

in injection moulding machine operation. Knowledge of mould setup, material handling, and machine troubleshooting. Understanding of quality standards, measurements, and defect identification. Ability to work in rotational shifts if required. Good physical stamina and attention to detail. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Education Qualification

SSLC / ITI / Diploma preferred Technical training in plastics/injection moulding is an added advantage

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
