We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Injection Moulding Manager

to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in the plastic injection moulding industry, particularly within the electrical, electronics, and medical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the plastic injection moulding department, including production schedules, resource allocation, and team performance. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Ensure all production activities adhere to strict quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Conduct trials for new injection moulds, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to production. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for part defects, implementing effective and lasting solutions. Interpret material data sheets and mould flow analysis reports to optimise processing parameters and material usage. Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
