Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Shift:

12 Hours (8 hrs + 4 hrs OT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled

Injection Moulding Machine Operators

to join our team. The operator will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining injection moulding machines, particularly for

Polycarbonate (PC) material

, to ensure smooth production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines efficiently. Handle

Polycarbonate (PC) material

during moulding operations. Ensure production quality standards are maintained. Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Report daily production and any machine-related issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field. Prior experience in operating

Injection Moulding Machines

. Must have experience working with

PC (Polycarbonate) material

. Basic knowledge of machine handling and troubleshooting. Ability to work in

12-hour shifts

(with OT). Punctual, hardworking, and committed to meeting production targets.
