Operate
horizontal injection moulding machines
safely and efficiently Load moulds correctly and ensure properclamping alignment
Set and monitorprocess parameters
: Barrel temperatures Injection pressure & speed Holding pressure & cooling time Start, stop, and cycle the machine Load correctplastic granules (PP, ABS, HDPE, Nylon, etc.)
Ensure properdrying & mixing
of material (if required) Prevent material contamination and spillage Produce parts as perapproved samples / drawings
Short shots Flash Shrink marks Measure parts using avernier caliper, gauges, or templates
Segregate OK, rework, and rejection partsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
