Job Description

We are looking to hire a skilled Injection Molding Machine Operator for our production facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating injection molding machines with strong knowledge of machine parameters and processing settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. Set, adjust, and optimize machine parameters as per product requirements. Perform mold loading and unloading safely and accurately. Identify and troubleshoot machine or processing issues. Handle and understand different plastic raw materials and their processing characteristics. Maintain quality standards by checking molded parts as per specifications. Ensure proper machine cleanliness, mold care, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Experience in injection molding machine operation (preferred). Knowledge of machine settings, parameters, and basic troubleshooting. Understanding of plastic materials and their processing behavior. Ability to load/unload molds and follow SOPs. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
