Engineer / Supervisor - Injection Moulding

Experience: 2 + Yrs.

Qualification: Diploma or BE its equalent

Age Limit: 25+ Yrs.

Skills

Mould Setup & Process Control

o Set up, operate, and monitor injection moulding machines as per production schedules.

o Develop and optimize moulding parameters to ensure consistent part quality and reduce cycle time.

o Ensure proper installation and maintenance of moulds, dies, and related equipment.

o Troubleshoot process-related and machine-related issues to minimize downtime.

Process Improvement

o Implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

o Maintain production documentation such as process sheets, job cards, and setup records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of plastic materials Processing.

Proficiency in injection moulding machines

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team leadership and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
