Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day injection molding operations
Set, monitor & optimize machine parameters
Troubleshoot molding defects & ensure quality output
Oversee mold changeover, setup & maintenance coordination
Manage operators, assign tasks & maintain discipline
Ensure production targets, quality standards & safety compliance
Requirements:
4-5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding
Strong technical know-how of molds, machines & materials
Ability to lead a team and handle shift operations
Good communication & problem-solving skills
