2. Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement. 4. To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment's for full targeted output. 5. Responsible for Manpower planning and motivating the entire team for higher productivity. 6. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework. 8.
