We are looking for a skilled Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join our production team at Aditrri Plast Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for operating injection moulding machines, ensuring quality production, maintaining safety standards, and meeting daily production targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate injection moulding machines as per production plan and work instructions.
Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time).
Start, stop, and monitor machines during production.
Inspect moulded components for quality defects such as flash, short shot, sink marks, etc.
Perform basic troubleshooting and inform supervisor in case of machine or mould issues.
Maintain production records, rejection details, and shift reports.
Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and housekeeping (5S) standards.
Assist in mould change and machine setting under supervisor guidance.
Ensure proper handling and storage of finished goods and scrap materials.
Support continuous improvement and productivity targets.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Basic knowledge of injection moulding machines and plastic materials.
Ability to read work instructions and quality check sheets.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Basic understanding of safety and quality procedures.
