Job Description

Supervise daily operations of ampoule and vial packing lines on the shop floor.Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards during the packing process.Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth execution of batch packing.Monitor packing line equipment for performance and escalate maintenance requirements.Conduct line clearance, reconciliation, and documentation review as per regulatory requirements.Maintain and ensure correct usage of materials (labels, cartons, inserts, etc.).Verify batch packing records (BPR), in-process checks, and ensure documentation accuracy.Train and guide packing operators and assistants in standard procedures and hygiene practices.Ensure timely execution of the production schedule with minimal downtime or deviation.Monitor and enforce safety and cleanliness protocols on the packing floor.Participate in audits (internal/external) and ensure readiness of the packing area.Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and waste reduction.
