Job Overview

Youth of India Foundation is looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and execution-focused Initiative Executive who can run organizational initiatives very actively and consistently. The ideal candidate will be excellent at follow-ups, coordination, partnerships, and collaborations, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of Youth of India Foundation's ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

This role requires strong communication skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders including partners, collaborators, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: Initiative Execution & Coordination

Actively manage and execute assigned initiatives from planning to completion. Ensure day-to-day tracking, monitoring, and progress of initiatives. Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Follow-ups & Stakeholder Management

Conduct strong and consistent follow-ups with partners, collaborators, vendors, and stakeholders. Track commitments, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely closure. Prepare follow-up notes, reminders, and status updates as required.
Partnerships & Collaborations

Support onboarding and coordination of partners and collaborators for Youth of India Foundation initiatives. Maintain professional relationships with external organizations, institutions, and individuals. Assist in identifying new partnership and collaboration opportunities.
Communication & Reporting

Draft professional emails, messages, and coordination notes. Maintain records of partnerships, meetings, and initiative progress. Prepare basic reports, summaries, and updates for management review.
Field & Operational Support (if applicable)

Support on-ground execution of initiatives when required. Coordinate logistics, schedules, and stakeholder visits.
Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent follow-up and coordination skills (mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly proactive, organized, and execution-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. Comfortable working independently as well as in a team. Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Email).
Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with internship, volunteer, or coordination experience will have an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
