Job Summary:

We are seeking an

experienced In-House Structural Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have

extensive experience

working on

independent residential homes

, especially projects of the

S+3 type

, with a minimum built-up area of

5000 square feet

. This role involves

structural design, analysis, and site supervision

, as well as producing

structural drawings

. A

strong background in large-scale residential projects

similar to those featured on our website is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Design & Analysis:

Design, analyze, and implement the structural components for

independent homes

(min. 5000 sq. ft.) and multi-storey houses (S+3). Develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Drawings & Documentation:

Create

detailed structural drawings

and calculations for construction, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Site Supervision & Visits:

Conduct regular

site visits

to ensure that construction aligns with structural design specifications. Provide ongoing technical support and resolve on-site issues to maintain construction quality.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for seamless integration of structural systems. Work with the project management team to ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.

Stability Certification (Optional):

If qualified, provide

structural stability certificates

for projects at various stages of construction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.

Experience:

A minimum of

7+ years

of

hands-on experience

as a Structural Engineer, specifically with

independent homes

and

multi-storey residential projects

(S+3). Proven track record of successful

structural design and preparation of drawings

for large residential projects. Strong experience with

complex structural challenges

and practical solutions.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in structural engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS). In-depth understanding of

building codes

material properties

, and

construction practices

.

Other Skills:

Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with project teams, clients, and contractors. Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

Additional Preferences:
