Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inhouse Service Engineer - Ambernath to handle the installation, configuration, calibration, testing, and maintenance of Gas & Water Analyzers. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring timely service support, maintaining service records, and assisting clients remotely for troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, configuration, and testing of gas & water analyzers in-house. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and performance verification. Provide remote technical support to customers and field engineers. Handle troubleshooting and repair of returned analyzers/modules. Maintain service documentation: reports, calibration certificates, and warranty/AMC records. Coordinate with the service team to plan jobs, spare parts, and inventory. Support the sales/service department with technical inputs and demonstrations when required. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while servicing instruments. Maintain knowledge of latest updates in analyzer technology through training and manuals.

Qualification & Skills:

Hands-on knowledge of gas analyzers, water analyzers, or process instruments desirable. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Basic knowledge of MS Office, service reporting, and ERP tools. Good communication skills for customer and team coordination.
