We are building a strong in-house artistic studio and are looking for a

Sculpture / Clay Artist

who can bring expressive forms, intricate detailing, and luxury character into our decor and lighting collections.

Role Overview

The In-House Sculpture / Clay Artist will be responsible for conceptualizing, sculpting, and developing artistic elements used in luxury lighting, wall art, mirrors, and decorative installations. This role is central to Aartaa Decor's identity--transforming raw material into sculptural art that defines our brand.

You will work closely with the

design, CAD, mold-making, and production teams

to develop prototypes and master models for premium decor products.

Key ResponsibilitiesSculpting & Artistic Development

Create

hand-sculpted clay models, reliefs, and 3D forms

for luxury decor and lighting products Develop

master sculptures

for mold-making, casting, and production Translate creative concepts, references, and mood boards into physical forms Innovate new sculptural elements aligned with

regal, heritage, and luxury themes

Product & Prototype Creation

Support

new product development

and bespoke client projects Build

scaled and full-size prototypes

for chandeliers, wall lights, mirrors, and sculptures Collaborate with technical teams to ensure

structural feasibility and production accuracy

Detailing & Quality Control

Maintain exceptional standards of

form, finish, and surface detailing

Refine sculptures based on design direction and production needs Ensure each piece reflects

Aartaa Decor's premium craftsmanship philosophy

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on expertise in

clay modeling, sculpting, and surface detailing

Understanding of

proportions, anatomy, ornamentation, and decorative motifs

Knowledge of

mold-making, casting processes, or material finishes

is a plus Ability to work from

concept sketches, references, and creative briefs

High aesthetic sense aligned with

luxury decor and artistic products

Education & Experience

Degree/Diploma in

Fine Arts, Sculpture, Applied Arts, or Design

preferred 1-6 years of relevant experience in sculpture, decor art, set design, or product art Freshers with strong portfolios and craftsmanship excellence are welcome
