- In-House Sales Officer (Direct B2B Selling)



Location:

Bhubaneswar HQ with travel across Odisha

Reports to:

Sales Manager - WhiteShark Polymer

Role Summary:



You'll lead the

direct selling strategy

by targeting institutional, corporate, and government clients who need bulk, customised biodegradable products. Think of this as

consultative sales with a volume mindset

--build relationships, close long-term deals, and push usage substitution away from conventional plastic.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, meet and pitch to event managers, logistics firms, hotels, corporates, packaging clients Customise product offerings based on volume and industry use Present product demos and pricing for procurement teams Track tender opportunities with municipalities and government bodies Pitch masterbatch to OEMs and B2B buyers Support distributor team with retail market insights Drive monthly targets across products and verticals

Preferred Traits:



B2B sales or institutional sales experience is an advantage Strong presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills

Education:

Flexible - performance and communication are key

Salary:

Rs. 20,000 - 25,000 fixed per month with high incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
