Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management
Handle walk-in clients, incoming calls, and online leads
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal details
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Follow up with prospective clients to close sales
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
Address client queries and objections professionally
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Documentation & Coordination
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for documentation
Assist clients with booking forms, agreements, and payment schedules
Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and documentation
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate sales records and client data
Update CRM systems with lead and sales information
Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Experience
1-5 years of experience in real estate sales (in-house preferred)
Experience in residential or commercial projects is an advantage
