Key Responsibilities

Customer & Showroom Support

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and

suggest suitable tile designs, sizes, and finishes

.

Show product samples, catalogs.

Maintain

product display

, sample racks, and showroom cleanliness.

Sales Coordination

Prepare

quotations, proforma invoices

, and sales estimates.

Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payments.

Coordinate

order booking, delivery schedules

, and dispatch instructions.

Maintain and update

customer enquiry and follow-up records

.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain customer database (in Excel/software).

Prepare daily sales report and share with management.

Ensure

proper billing

, documentation, and filing.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

2-3 years in sales (preferably in tiles, ceramics)

Education:

Graduate in any discipline; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Customer-focused approach. Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications. Knowledge of tiles and building materials preferred. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
