Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and calls.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
Convince and guide customers to make purchases online.

Coordinate with the dispatch/delivery team to ensure smooth customer experience.
Maintain records of customer interactions and daily sales closures.
Requirements:

Fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written)
